    Questions before you start

    Can an agent use any software?

    No. We first check the application, authentication, vendor terms and permitted actions. Some systems block automation or require a different integration approach.

    How do you prevent unwanted actions?

    The implementation can restrict accounts and destinations, require approval before submission and stop on unexpected input. We test these controls against the agreed workflow; they do not make every possible error impossible.

    What happens when the interface changes?

    A changed screen can interrupt the task. We define failure reporting and human handover, then agree who updates and retests the workflow as part of maintenance.
