    AI implementation for businesses

Find company knowledge without asking five colleagues.

Procedures, project knowledge and answers are often spread across documents and tools. We build internal AI search and assistants that retrieve relevant company content and show the sources behind an answer, within an agreed access model.

    Illustrative workflow
    Find the current onboarding procedure
    1. Ask a question with your company account
    2. Retrieve relevant documents you may access
    3. Read the answer and check its source links

Illustrative retrieval workflow. When sources do not support an answer, the assistant should make that gap visible rather than invent a policy.

    Where this can help

For teams spending time locating internal information, especially when documents have clear owners and access permissions can be mapped.

    Search procedures and policies

Help staff locate relevant instructions with links to the underlying documents, keeping document ownership and versioning visible.

    Support internal service teams

Retrieve approved product or process information so support and operations teams can prepare answers and verify them before use.

    Make onboarding easier to navigate

Give new colleagues a way to find available guidance while keeping restricted project, HR or customer material outside their access.

    What we can deliver

    • A source audit covering ownership, document quality and permissions
    • Connectors and an agreed document refresh process
    • An internal search or chat interface with source references
    • Retrieval quality, permission and unsupported-answer tests plus handover

We agree the scope after reviewing your systems, data and operating requirements. Hosting, licences and ongoing support are priced separately where needed.

From a defined use case to a tested implementation

    1. Define the pilot

Together we choose one use case, review access and data, and agree what a useful result looks like.

    2. Build and evaluate

We implement the agreed scope and test normal cases, exceptions and human handover with your team.

    3. Handover and operation

You receive the agreed documentation and access. Monitoring, maintenance and future changes are defined before launch.

    Questions before you start

How is this different from a customer chatbot?

An internal assistant serves employees and company information. It needs source ownership, permission-aware retrieval and a refresh process; a public chatbot usually uses a narrower set of approved public material.

Will employees see documents they cannot normally access?

The design should preserve the agreed source permissions during retrieval. We map identity and access rules and test denied-access cases before rollout. The exact approach depends on the connected systems.

Do we need to train a new model?

Often not. Retrieval-augmented generation, or RAG, can provide relevant documents to an existing model. We evaluate whether that approach meets your needs before proposing custom training.
