    We strive to provide reliable service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

    User Responsibilities

    Account Security

    • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
    • Use strong, unique passwords for your accounts
    • Keep your contact information up to date

    Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
    • Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
    • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

    Data and Content

    Payment Terms

    Fees and Billing

    • Service fees are as specified in your service agreement
    • Payment is due according to the terms specified in your contract
    • Late payments may result in service suspension
    • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

    Price Changes

    We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

    Refunds

    Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may provide refunds for services not yet delivered or in cases of service failure on our part.

    Intellectual Property

    Our Intellectual Property

    All content, software, trademarks, and other intellectual property on our website and in our services are owned by Smooth Flow Tech or our licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

    Your Intellectual Property

    You retain ownership of your data and content. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to use your data as necessary to provide our services to you.

    Work Product

    Custom solutions developed for you will be owned by you upon full payment, subject to any pre-existing intellectual property rights.

    Service Level Agreement

    Uptime Commitment

    We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our hosted services, excluding scheduled maintenance windows and circumstances beyond our control.

    Support Response

    • Critical issues: 2 hours during business hours
    • High priority: 4 hours during business hours
    • Standard issues: 24 hours during business hours
    • General inquiries: 48 hours during business hours

    Maintenance Windows

    Scheduled maintenance will be performed during off-peak hours with advance notice when possible. Emergency maintenance may be performed with minimal notice.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smooth Flow Tech shall not be liable for:

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
    • Damages resulting from third-party actions or system failures
    • Damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific service

    Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

    Termination

    Termination by You

    You may terminate your use of our services at any time with 30 days' written notice. Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

    Termination by Us

    We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or for other reasons as specified in your service agreement.

    Effect of Termination

    Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We will provide reasonable assistance with data migration, subject to payment of any outstanding fees.

    Governing Law and Disputes

    Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by Austrian law without regard to conflict of law principles.

    Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Organization], except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.

    Severability
