    The Challenge

    AKM provides leased staff and also local cleaning services, with employees working at different customer sites. Manual tracking made it hard to verify:

    Whether employees arrived on time to the correct client location

    Whether check-ins were done on-site or from another place

    How to prevent paying hours when someone checked in remotely or left the site

    They needed a system that enforces location-based attendance rules and reduces disputes and corrections.

    The Solution

    Built an employee tracking application that manages assignments and validates attendance on-site:

    • Employee profiles and assignment scheduling per client location
    • Check-in/check-out flow tied to the assigned location
    • On-site verification during check-in (detects whether the employee is at the location or elsewhere)
    • Automatic enforcement: if the employee is detected as not on-site after check-in, working time stops being counted and the employee is automatically checked out
    • Admin dashboard for oversight (attendance status, exceptions, late arrivals, location mismatches) and reporting
